What can I expect when I attend Star’s Fitness Camp?

Each day will consist of many different activities designed to challenge each camper and combat boredom.  Training will consist of:

  •  Cardiovascular Conditioning  

  •  Resistance Training

  •  Core Conditioning

  • Agility Training

  •  Circuit Training

  •  Flexibility Training

  • And much much more!

Do I have to be in shape to join Star’s Fitness Camp?

No...Star Fitness Camp is designed to work with all fitness levels for both Men and Women.  Whether you consider yourself a couch potato or an athlete, you will increase core strength, boost your metabolism and tone your body.

What do I need to bring to camp?

An exercise mat, water bottle, comfortable clothes, proper shoes. We also want you to bring a GREAT attitude that shows you're ready to have fun and get in shape at the same time.  Oh yes, a towel because you will sweat!

What if it rains?

As long as it’s not lighting camp is on!  Remember when you were a kid, playing in the rain is fun!

Will I be sore?

Yes, most campers are sore after the first couple days, it gets better over time.

What kind of results can I expect?

You will experience a range of healthy benefits such as weight loss, decrease in clothes size, reduction in body fat, increase in strength, abundance of confidence, team building and camaraderie with fellow Star campers, perseverance of physical and mental challenges and realization of personal goals.

How fast will I see results?

The timing of results will be different for everyone. Some can see improvements in performance in as little time as 1 week. Many see visual improvements in 3 weeks, depending on your effort level and maintaining a healthy diet. It is very common to see Star campers lose weight and decrease in size when consistently attending Fitness Camp.  

What if I want to choose the 3-day Camp option, may I choose which 3 days I want to attend?

         3 day camp meets Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

What other benefits does Star’s Fitness Camp provide besides an intense workout?

You will enjoy the combination of personal attention and social interaction from boot camp. Also, people who exercise regularly are happier, healthier, live longer, have more energy and sleep better. Exercise helps prevent heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, stroke, arthritis and cancer. Exercise has also proven to reduce stress, anxiety and depression and increase energy and stamina.

What if I miss days?

We don’t give partial/daily refunds for missed days due to personal reasons.  Examples of personal reasons are: oversleeping, being sick, being sore, or didn’t feel like attending.  We also do not allow for days to be rolled into the next camp if you miss for personal reasons.  If a day is missed due to weather, lost power, or anything beyond our control, that day will be made up accordingly.  Exceptions may apply on a case by case basis.
